2017 AHCAP Educational Conference

The conference registration fee includes the cost of attendance at all general and concurrent sessions, social functions and planned meals. The Pre-conference Workshop is optional and offered at an additional cost.

If you do not wish to register online, you may download this registration form and submit it by regular mail.

Please note: No registration will be processed without proper payment accompanying the registration form. After your registration form has been processed, AHCAP Headquarters will send you a confirmation email. Guest Fees

Guest fees for meals and social functions are offered as an accommodation for adult guests accompanying registered conference participants. Reservations must be made in advance for each function and the appropriate charges should be included in the payment that accompanies your registration form. If a guest wishes to attend the general or concurrent sessions, they must purchase a full conference registration at the appropriate member or non-member rate.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations submitted in writing to AHCAP Headquarters by July 10th, 2017 will be refunded, less a $75 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after this date. All refunds will be processed after conference. “No-shows” will be charged at the full conference rate.

Conference Attire

The conference attire is business casual. Dressy casual is recommended for the Member Appreciation event on Tuesday evening.


The 2017 Charity is Sunshine Kids, a non-profit organization dedicated to children with cancer. Established in 1982, they are committed to providing positive group activities and emotional support for young cancer patients. Sunshine Kids provides a variety of programs and events, free of charge, for kids who are receiving cancer treatments in hospitals across North America. During the conference, we will hear from a representative from Sunshine Kids. If you would like to make a donation, please click here and indicate AHCAP in the comments section.
